# Voting Power Model (Concept)

* **1 RUGD = 1 Vote Weight.**
* Proposals require a **minimum quorum (TBD%)** of total supply to be considered valid.
* A **2-step governance system** will likely be adopted:
  1. **Proposal Phase:** Community submits proposals.
  2. **Voting Phase:** Token holders vote; validators confirm authenticity.
* The governance system will initially operate through **snapshot voting**, then migrate on-chain once the main network is live.
