**Legal Disclaimer**

The **RUGGuard Token (RUGD)** is a **utility token** designed exclusively for participation within the future RUGGuardium ecosystem. It does **not** represent shares, equity, debt, or any form of security in any jurisdiction.

**Purpose & Nature:**\
RUGD is intended for ecosystem use cases such as validator staking, governance participation, and liquidity support. It is **not designed or promoted for speculative investment** purposes.

**Token Supply & Burn Policy:**\
RUGD incorporates an **auto-burn mechanism** reducing up to **75%** of supply over a four-year period, alongside an **auto-liquidity protocol** that reinforces decentralized market depth.

**Seed Round & Liquidity Allocation:**\
Funds generated from the seed round will be transparently allocated as follows:\
• 40% – DEX liquidity injection and locking (24 months minimum).\
• 25% – Development of validator and protocol infrastructure.\
• 15% – Marketing, partnerships, and exchange onboarding.\
• 10% – Operations, audit, and legal compliance.\
• 10% – Reserve for future development.

**Liability & Risk Notice:**\
Participation in the seed round or token acquisition is voluntary and subject to inherent risks of blockchain systems, including volatility, loss, and technical failures. The RUGGuardium team assumes no liability for losses or outcomes beyond its control.

**Regulatory Compliance:**\
RUGGuardium will adhere to applicable KYC/AML regulations for any public fundraising activities. All participants must comply with local laws governing digital assets.

**No Guarantee of Returns:**\
Holding RUGD does not guarantee profit, dividends, or financial returns. Token value may fluctuate based on market dynamics and community adoption.

All audits, burn records, and liquidity locks will be publicly verifiable via blockchain explorers and linked through official RUGGuardium communication channels.
