# Seed Round & Listing Plan

Our initial focus is on the **token issuance and seed round** to bootstrap liquidity and finance development.

* **Seed Round Goal:** Raise early capital to fund protocol design, audits, and validator development.
* **DEX Listing:** RUGD will first be listed on **a decentralized exchange** post-seed round.
* **Liquidity Injection:** 40% of the raised funds will be added to liquidity, locked for stability.
* **Burn Model:** 75% of the total supply will be auto-burned over four years.
* **Auto Liquidity:** Smart contracts will automatically add portions of transaction fees into liquidity pools.
